To whom it may concern,

On April 7th of this year,the GOSAT RA Office released the 2nd Research Announcement regarding GOSAT. As a result,we have received the several Research Proposals up to now which were submitted in response to the 2nd RA. However,since the submitted Research Proposals are increasing gradually and also some applicants are requesting the postponement of the submission deadline, we have decided that the submission deadline of the Research Proposals with respect to the research field of Calibration, Processing Algorithms and Validation may be postponed by one week from June 1st to June 8th,2009 JST. Please note that the postponement at this time is restricted in the research field of "Calibration" ,"Processing Algorithms" and "Validation". A lot of aggressive and advanced Research Proposals by using the GOSAT data are expected, Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
