Launch date of Greenhouse Gases Observing Satellite "IBUKI" has been determined!
On January 21, 2009 at Launch Complex at the Tanegashima Space Center, with launch windows : January 22 (Thu) through Febrary 28 (Sat), 2009(JST) ) . Slightly before, on October 15,2008, "IBUKI" was press-released as nickname. "IBUKI" means a breath, in Japanese. And now "IBUKI" was already moved to Tanegashima Space Center, and is currently under the preparation before for the launch.
