Notice on the disclosure of RA research results

Those RA researchers, who are willing to disclose the RA research results by any means (publishing papers, giving speeches, and so on,) shall notify the GOSAT RA Office (e-mail: gosat-prj1(atmark)nies.go.jp) in advance under the article 17.2 of the General Contractual Conditions for the Joint Research. Please fill in the disclosure application below and email us before your scheduled disclosure.

About the application when the RA researchers list is changed

When there are an addition or a change from the Co-I list in the proposal, the PIs must apply to RA Office (e-mail: gosat-prj1(atmark)nies.go.jp) in mail after filling in the following matters. After having received the application, the change of the Co-I will be reviewed by the RA Selection and Evaluation Committee and the result will be informed.

  1. a name, an Affiliation and an E-mail address of Co-I that is added, and changed Name Affiliation E-mail
  2. the reason for change
