Air pollution in New Delhi, the capital of India is becoming increasingly serious. In order to protect citizens in New Delhi from the serious air pollution, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced on November 6, 2016 that all schools would remain closed for three days and all constructions and demolition would be banned for five days. The Cloud and Aerosol Imager (CAI) on board GOSAT captured the scene from space.
